In 2010 along with a timber frame lodge, we raised a pavilion frame at Fort Drum where troops, their family and friends can gather and take advantage of the barbeque, fireplace and good fun. These bents feature bottom chord through tenons which creates a strong joint that can bear more load, and just plain looks neat.
