This detail of complex joinery shows two girts which house into one another as well as into the supporting post along with a non-structural brace. The post also houses two beams and a collar tie. The timbers are reclaimed Douglas fir sourced from retired structures and re-purposed for Lyons National Bank in Canandaigua, NY.
