Mike W is a tenacious, bearded timber frame champion who started with carpentry at the age of 18, then took some time off to become a sexton (that's a gravedigger) before returning to heavy timber work. He's from McMinnville, OR, one of our only hometown boys, and can be found on the weekends chatting and hand working timbers at the Astoria and other local farm markets.
