This compact and space efficient home was designed by Ty for his brother's growing family. Interconnected living areas, controlled views into the surrounding woods, and plenty of natural light allows the home to have a sense of expansiveness. Hidden and apparent spaces such as the kid's loft, window seats, and the "elevator" provide a sense of playfulness and places to slip away.
