We fabricated this 40’ clear span for the clerestory of a home in Sweet Home, Oregon using a pair of triple-stacked keyed beams - three 10 x10 beams for a total size of 10" x 27" x 40'. The keys are white oak and the whole clerestory was assembled on the ground and craned in place. This was our heaviest lift weighing in at 10,000#!
