Chuck, David, Jonathan, Sean and Justin, the west coast design and engineering team,  dip into Farmhouse Ale, a gift from the monks at St. Benedict, in Mt. Angel, Oregon at lunch(!) last Friday. We’re hand raising the new Benedictine Brewery in less than 3 weeks.
