Recently we found Jay Bernard, one of the craftsmen for our fine woodworking group, NEWwoodworks, crafting 4'x9' clear vertical grain Douglas fir doors for a private residence down in Ithaca. When Jay isn't handcrafting custom pieces, he can be found spending time with his family, or camping, hiking, and doing all of those other outdoors-y type things.
