Located on part of a nature preserve around Otsego Lake, this timber frame must fit within the footprint of the cottage that originally sat on the site (which had falling into disrepair). The schematic drawings from our design group shows the proposed home moving vertically with opposing shed roofs and a lower level studio apartment perfect for seasonal visitors.
