The timber frame tasting room is now open at Benedictine Brewery in Mt Angel, Oregon! Jonathan snapped this image of Maxine, a lovely model indeed, as she showcased our 'wood where the elbows are' motto while awaiting a draft at the reclaimed oak and Douglas fir tasting tables during Oktoberfest.
