The foundation will soon be poured for the Berrie Pennington Residence near Tillamook, Oregon. Gorgeous site only a walk over the dunes to the public beach. (All beaches in Oregon are public, thanks to some far sighted politicians about 50 years ago.) The site originally cradled a DIY project house by the owners’ father, holding lots of great memories, but not holding out the rain and weather, we're afraid!
