Michele is the secret weapon and manager of Pioneer Millworks wood acquisitions team. She has over two decades of experience sourcing antique wood and has cultivated a respected reputation among demolition folks across the US and beyond. She's adept at reacting to market changes and was a key player in Pioneer Millworks restructured pricing, securing the best prices on the best reclaimed materials. Michele is as much in her element digging through ramshackle buildings, evaluating timbers as she is sharing a joke with the guys in the yard.
