Josh is the Shop Lead for our sister company, Pioneer Millworks, in their McMinnville, OR mill. Born in Colorado, he moved to McMinnville when he was two and remains an active community member there today.  When he’s not at the mill, you’re most likely to find him astride his Harley and living it up with his family.
