An extensive remodel project for a Seneca Lake home includes re-working the porte cochere, master bath, and garage, as well as adding a double fireplace and timber-framed porch roof with long canted braces. We're also exploring new windows and siding — a perfect opportunity to improve the air-tightness/enclosure — with the homeowners.
