Transitioning in our design group to the Design Development phase, the interior timber frame for this Cayuga Lake home has been refined taking into consideration where posts fall, where trusses live, where dividing lines between spaces are determined by the frame, and how key design elements will happen. This, in turn, influences the exterior design, in this case driving changes in fenestration, garage roof orientation, and truss styles.
