We thought this timber frame addition, featured in 2009 as a Postcard of the Day, deserved a second showing. It brings organic, warm tones to an otherwise traditionally built (non-timber frame) home. With three walls of windows and glass doors opening to the back patio, the Douglas fir has plenty of light to show its character.
