A custom camera lens, careful exposure and layering of images was the only way to capture the entirety of this peeled Oak post that stretches over 30' tall and anchors a three level staircase in a Lake Erie home. The custom clear vertical grain Douglas fir treads with walnut inlay and walnut railings were handcrafted by our fine woodworking group, NEWwoodworks. (Photo by Rob Stanton Photography)
