About the project: The exterior timber frame is a screened-in front porch shed roof and a brise soleil – an infrastructure carefully designed to maximize the shade over the windows in the summer months. The home will also feature a pre-panelized double wall and a pre-panelized roof system. High performance products are incorporated throughout the overall project.
