We're raising the frame for Tim's family cabin in Pacific City, OR today June 9 through the 11. Using reclaimed timbers is always special, but in the case of Tim's project we used river salvaged timbers that were the base of original bridge pylons from 1930-ish construction. Pulling out the metal is impossible, so it becomes part of the design statement. If you'd like to see this raising, please let us know and we'll provide details on location/time.
