Tom and Ann partnered with us to design a NetZero house that utilizes traditional stick building elements combined with the age-old craft of timber framing. Their new home, Creekside NetZero, in Pulaski NY will be a NESEA (Northeast Sustainable Energy Association) Pro Tour on Friday, June 17 from 1pm to 5pm. Natural lighting, on-site PV array, and a design allowing winter passive solar heat gain and summer shade are just the tip of the iceberg. The homeowners are excited to share their experiences to help inspire others interested in building science and energy during this Pro Tour. (CEUs: 2.5 AIA LU/HSW, 2.75 BPI)
