We created a rugged texture on the timbers in this Whole Foods grocery in IL, ccomplemening the other woods featured throughout. Scale was key, so the larger Douglas fir trusses span 29 feet by 5'6" tall, incorporating a curving glulam timber for the upper/bottom chord of each truss. Read more about this project on our blog.
