Josh has the task of having to sort and categorize the timbers that come into the Pioneer Millworks' yard as well as managing their inventory system. (Not an easy job when you consider the 9 acres of timbers this guy calls his office.) Amazingly gifted in his ability to identify wood species, he can spot a quality timber from 300 feet. These days he and Rachel are enjoying life with their new baby boy Louie.
