More commonly used as flooring, a NYC eatery took Pioneer Millworks Settlers' Plank reclaimed hardwoods and flipped them up, applying the antique wood in a herringbone pattern celebrating the original patinas, saw marks, wear marks, and other signs of the wood's history.
