Situated on Honnedaga Lake, our design team is focusing on plans for a lakeside space that makes the most of panoramic views while offering storage for kayaks, an art studio, and loft/balcony areas where family and friends can relax. The angled timber brackets and deep overhangs mimic the style of the adjacent main timber frame house located up the slope.
