Our design team is working with a repeat client on their latest venture: a pub for the 57 Factory Street building in Nashua, NH. The building is part of an urban renovation, squeezed between two others, and has a view of the river. The new plans include renovating the existing main level (restaurant/bar), lower levels (brewery), and adding on a third level (kitchen and utility) plus incorporating multiple rooftop patios.
