Several months ago, a man - quite ironically resembling Father Christmas himself - visited our Portland OR office looking for small pieces of reclaimed wood for a project he had been working on. Chef Francois de Melogue sent us his recently-published cookbook - Cuisine of the Sun - with Pioneer Millworks reclaimed wood used throughout as the food photo backdrops.

In addition to being a savory collection of over 60 classic and re-imagined Provençal recipes, Francois is donating 15% of every purchase of the cookbook to Feeding America. Each cookbook sold provides 40 meals to those most in need!
