Meet Allen, one of the key craftsmen repsonsible for Pioneer Millworks eco-friendly engineered flooring. He has lots of other responsibilities too - he's a member of the local Mennonite community, he manages his family farm, and he's a father of five. With a keen sense of humor and quick smile, Allen helps everyone around him enjoy their work just a little bit more.
