Our finance team's office flooring was sourced by our sister company Pioneer Millworks from horse farms in the south and then skip-planed to remove some of the original black paint revealing the brighter oak underneath. This particular Black & Tan 50/50 floor has a subtle stain deepening the tones in the exposed oak.
