Using cutting edge BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology we are able to analyze how the sun's path will affect a home. We can then adjust the the position of the home on the site accordingly to optimize sunlight on the interior and exterior of the home - from positioning so a bedroom has full morning light (or not) to aligning for solar panels and/or minimize solar heat gain.
