While gutting the interior of a NYC loft, original heart pine timbers were salvaged and then provided to our fine woodworking group. The antique wood was re-purposed into treads for the remodeled loft's floating staircase. Seasoned craftsman Charlie hand-carved the curved and tapered walnut railing.
