Connie and Bob Rosen wanted to expand their compact cottage home overlooking Canandaigua Lake. The solution was crafting timber frame additions on each side of the existing structure. Here we see the lake side addition which includes traditional timber frame scissor trusses and a less traditional, square lookout perch.
