Working with Larry and Nancy, our team designed their home to have three bedrooms and open plan living all in a compact design at just over 1800 square feet. A cottage/craftsman style aesthetic was employed with subtle hints of timber framing details on the exterior. Perhaps most importantly, their home is only a quarter of a mile from their daughter and grandson's home near Ithaca, NY.
