We’re working with architect Charlie Gordon on this lakeside home design. Charlie’s sketch offers some insight into how the home will be angled towards Lake Erie to provide views of the water from the living room, dining, and master bedroom. The walkout lower level is being developed as a rain garden with stone stairs, local plantings and a hidden drainage system.
