Working with Larry and Nancy, our team has designed their home to have three bedrooms and open plan living all in a compact design at just over 1800 square feet. A cottage/craftsman style aesthetic was employed with subtle hints of timber framing details on the exterior. Perhaps most importantly, their home will only be about a quarter of a mile from their daughter and grandson's home.
