Nearly a decade ago our team assembled and raised a two-tiered observation tower for a Hueber-Breuer dormitory project at SUNY ESF in Upstate NY. The structure, made of glulam and solid Douglas fir timbers, helps to balance the concrete and steel of the new building, while paying homage to the region's post and beam roots.
