Situated on one of Keuka Lake's steep slopes, this summer cottage is on the boards in our design group. The intent is cozy and comfortable with intimate volumes rather than soaring open spaces. The main entry is on the upper level with living space on the middle level and a walkout on the lower level. A unique loft above the upper bedroom will offer extra room for kids to play or sleep.
