Our design team has site plans in place for a family home in Ithaca, NY. The property is defined by tree lines and hedgerows on all four sides with glimpses of Cayuga Lake and a small gorge-like stream that meanders on the property line. The team sited the house in the Northeast corner of the property for privacy from the neighboring cross-roads, to best enjoy sounds and wildlife & the stream, and to open the home to expansive views towards the lake.
