,Groundbreaking Celebration for New Sustainable Manufacturing Facility

Event:
McMinnville, Oregon

New Energy Works in collaboration with the McMinnville Economic Development Partnership, Representative Lucetta Elmer, and Mayor Remy Drabkin will be hosting a groundbreaking ceremony for our new 20,000 square foot production facility in McMinnville Oregon on Thursday, December 21st at 2pm PST.

With this new facility, we will be expanding our McMinnville operations adding new cutting edge CNC equipment, offices, and production space to our existing campus!

The new structure will be based on similar heavy timber manufacturing facilities found in Europe, and will be built as responsibly as possible using sustainable building materials including structural glulam timbers from American Laminators (with lumber responsibly sourced from Yakama Forest Products), carbon sequestering concrete from Solid Carbon, domestically manufactured wood-fiber insulation from TimberHP, net zero carbon rebar from Cascade Steel, and sustainable & reclaimed wood from Pioneer Millworks.
