Over the years we’ve had a great deal of fun working with boathouses and with Leif Kallquist of Holmes King & Kallquist Architects in Syracuse, New York. This frame was built with recycled heart pine timbers and Ornamental metal post bottom pulled downs.

We finished raising this cross gable horse barn in a northeast snowstorm last week. The compound roof system on this Douglas Fir barn was designed by Botticelli and Pohl Architects working with our New England rep Mike Beganyi. The project is being built by Kenneth Vona Construction. The timber frame will house a working horse barn with attached pottery studio.

Often times we will preassemble whole sections of homes including the timber frame’s enclosure and even the roofing like this project a few years back in Webster, New York.
