The Thaetes are a young couple from the Rochester area who are moving
back after living in Philly for the last four years. Their raising
took place on a chilly Friday in November, watched by friends and
family, on their site overlooking Seneca Lake.
During the time they've lived in rented accommodations in the big
city, Dan drew up the plans for the house elevations and picked
exterior details while Erin put together the floor plan. We think
they did a pretty good job.
We recently received an email from Dan about his new home:
Jonathan, hope all is going well at NEW...wanted to drop you a quick
email to personally inform you of our satisfaction with the new
house.
The home has far exceeded our wildest expectations, and we are excited
to move in and host parties to show off the new place. Additionally,
want to personally extend our thanks to both Jeff and Keith, for
all the hard work to date. Jeff has been an excellent general for
the job. Even with our minimal budget we have been given the same
professionalism and respect that, I'm sure, your larger clients
have received. Not once have I picked up the phone and not been
able to get in touch with Jeff, who always assures me that everything
is under control. Even taking time out of his schedule to travel
down and meet us on the weekends.
With respect to the construction of the home, we are extremely pleased,
especially considering my perfectionist attitude. Even our new neighbors
have commented, more than once that, "these guys show up to
work," and were impressed at the speed and accuracy at which
they perform.
As things are now in the home stretch, please extend our thanks
and gratitude to the entire NEW team.
Sincerely,
Dan & Erin Thaete
