Slocum Home - The Foundation
The Slocums selected a Superior Walls foundation system to form their basement which was installed in a couple of days. We like this product as it makes for an accurate finished base for the timber frame and it it handles the point loads generated by the post bottoms without any additional reinforcing. As an added bonus, the type of concrete used results in very dry finished basement.
