An important tool you can use to clarify your needs
- both to us and amongst yourselves. It is primarily
written for residential clients but can be adapted for
use on a commercial project. There is no penalty for
unanswered questions. We give extra credit for creative
answers. For example, in response to the question' "Do
you bathe with others?" one client answered, "Yes,
sometimes but never with architects."

We build according to the requirements of your budget,
climate and design story. While we have some favorite
foundation systems or windows for example, we will discuss
the merits of each manufacturer with you. This makes for
a longer process, but helps ensure you have the information
to make an educated buying decision.
