We General Contract [GC] a select number
of projects every year; those we take on are usually
within an hour of our Farmington headquarters. Each
project has a dedicated Project Manager and Site supervisor.
Depending on the project size this may be the same person.
Working together the project manager and site super
are tasked with building the home to the exact specifications
reviewed and developed early on in the design process.
The scope of work on a typical General Contract includes
all elements of the construction process.

We use these categories to specify, price, job cost
and build our homes. Before we can build a home or any
project we need to build a team capable of doing the
job. As part of these teams we work with many subcontractors
in addition to our own crews.
